Of all the investment vehicles available nothing beats investing in real estate. Because of the present credit crunch with real estate - specifically the housing market, investors have come to rely on another safe haven - The Property market - LAND.
One thing for sure you cannot make anymore of it, it is not going away. And as one client said to me lately, "Even if it is flooded and fishes are swimming back and forth, i would be charging anyone fishing on my pond over my land !"
But seriously land is here to stay.
The thing to do is to figure out where to put ones hard earn cash into undervalued land which is poised to be prime property in the future. One thing for sure is that because of overpopulation and overuse of present land, there is always a hunt for new land. Because of that the land you may think is forest today, tomorrow has a thriving community.
So keep your eyes open, be alert and keep up to date with the trends. West Texas is in the process of building a space port. Do you think the folks who are putting millions of dollars into this venture are doing so in order to loose their hard earned cash ? - Think Again.
As i said before, the art of this business is always figuring out the next trend and follow the ants, sugar lies ahead.
